Work, Leadership & Service Where Joy & Sorrow Touch

This is an 8-episode formation class grounded in lived experience from the frontlines of humanitarian crisis, for anyone whose work puts them face to face with human suffering: in ministry, health and social care, education, humanitarian work, or caregiving. Across fear, grief, burnout and the daily cost of showing up for others, Holly Hughson shares the tactics and habits that kept her grounded, and the framework she now teaches to help you build your own.
